When you purchase an audio item or items (referred to as a library or a sound library), whether sound effects or music, on this website, you’re actually paying for the right to use the library under the set licensing terms; you’re not actually buying the library itself. You are buying a license to use the library and the associated files are provided to you as an instant digital download. Libraries are subject to specific terms of use, and these terms are the ‘license’. Different license types are available for you to choose when you have selected a sound library. You’ll need to think about the way you want to use the sound libraries so that you can pick the right license to allow that use. Terms of buying

When you purchase a sound library from the website, you are doing so under the following terms:

1. you promise that you have carefully considered the suitability of your license, and that you have chosen appropriately;
2. you cannot cancel a completed purchase of a sound library unless you have NOT downloaded the library in question;
3. we do not promise that any particular sound library will continue to be available on the website so you should download and save the library as soon as you buy a license;
4. once you purchase a library and you pay the full price, you acquire a non- exclusive royalty-free license to use the sound library under the terms set out in the license (non-exclusive means others might also license the same item);
5. we retain full ownership of the sound libraries and any associated media;
6. we have the right to enforce against you the terms of the license.

It is important that you understand the terms on which you are making a purchase. Please take the time to review this section carefully.

What we promise you about the sound libraries

We promise you that:

1. we own or have rights to use the intellectual property rights in that sound library and that sound library does not infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party;
2. the sound library is not false, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or defamatory;
3. the sound library does not violate any applicable law or regulation (including those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, criminal law, pornography, anti-discrimination, trade practices or fair trading);
4. the sound library does not contain viruses or other computer codes, files or programs which are designed to limit or destroy the functionality of other computer software or hardware.
5. Everything contained within the libraries are of the highest quality possible.
6. Files will be delivered immediately at the point of sale once payment is paid in full.

Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account or password, and to notify Boom Box Library immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other breach of security.

If you are under the age of 18, you may use this website only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Boom Box Library reserves the right to terminate accounts, cancel orders and/or block access to this website without notice and in its sole discretion. If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use this website.

Your account is non- transferable. You are responsible for any use of the website that occurs in conjunction with your username and password.

Account holdership is not an automatic right, it is a benefit for community sellers and buyers who follow our reasonable rules and treat other users well. We hope that you will be with us for a long time. But we do reserve the right, based on our reasonable discretion, to determine whether or not your use of the website complies with these terms. We can suspend or terminate your Boom Box Library account at any time for any reason (acting reasonably of course), including if you don’t comply with these terms. If we do decide to permanently terminate your Boom Box Library account you must not apply for a new account as unfortunately you will no longer be welcome here.
